Shipping & delivery

All “Pre-Order” items are 100% made to order and will ship within 2-4 weeks after the date of order.

All deliveries are subject to delivery costs which will be quoted in the order summary before a transaction is made. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order ships. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds.

We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Every shipment is covered with a standard insurance.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders we ship via FEDEX. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by countries. Please follow your tracking number for updates with tracking. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for any package once it is in your country. If there is an issue with your delivery please follow up directly with the FEDEX with your tracking number.
